About Christopher Haggerty

Working under the critical eyes of some of the toughest building departments in Fairfield, New Haven, and Litchfield Counties, Chris has built over 100 new homes in his three decades of residential and commercial construction. Through Oak Street Design & Construction, Inc., he's completed hundreds of renovation, restoration, and preservation projects and performed dozens of whole house renovations or "Flips" as they are commonly called, both for himself and for clients.

 

Taking the experience gained in that time, combined with over 300 of his own real estate transactions, makes Chris uniquely qualified to help you with your purchase or sale.
